Front Desk Hospitality Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our front office team. As a key member of our hotel's front desk, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests on arrival with a warm, welcoming attitude and providing efficient check-in/check-out services.
- Managing and updating guest reservations using property management systems, ensuring accuracy in room assignments, rates, and billing.
- Handling guest enquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and prompt problem-solving.
- Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, tours, and services.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Processing payments, issuing receipts/invoices, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
Key Responsibilities: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. A positive, guest-focused attitude and a passion for hospitality are also required.
About You: If you have previous experience in a front desk or hotel reception role and are familiar with property management systems, we encourage you to apply. Training will be provided on hotel systems and procedures.
