**The Role**

With Artesian Hospitality's growing number of high-end venues, home to many of our most esteemed guests (including international A-listers), we are searching for a Front Door Host with a polite, professional and playful attitude. Someone who is engaging and welcoming to every guest who walks through our doors to enjoy their entertainment experience.

As a **Front Door Host**, you will be responsible for:

- Welcoming and greeting guests
- Communication with the in-venue hosts, managers & supervisors
- Generating and coordinating bookings
- Assist the FOH team in the busiest period of service if needed.
- Liaise with external concierges
- Proactively maintaining and growing the Artesian Guest database
- Engaging with potential customers passing by the venue.

Being the first point of contact for our guests, you will be immaculately presented and truly engaging allowing your sparkling personality to shine through in every interaction. We are looking for someone with an excellent time management and passion for people. No two days will be the same, so we are looking for someone with infectious energy that has the ability to adapt themselves whilst being comfortable in an authoritative position.
