
Administrative Support Professional

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for all admin-related enquiries, coordinating and supporting new project filing, setting up project folders/MS Teams, and providing administrative support for printing/photocopying and general correspondence.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for all admin-related enquiries and interface/seek guidance/escalate as required to the appropriate function.
- Ensure the smooth running of office day-to-day activities, collaborating with the wider office team.
- Coordinate and support new project filing, set up project folders/MS Teams and other necessary documentation.
- Provide administrative support for printing/photocopying, general correspondence (letters, reports, and other documents).
- Manage preboarding/onboarding processes to ensure all activities are actioned and new employees have a seamless first day experience.
- Coordinate exit interviews for outgoing staff and arrange for the return of company property.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years' experience working in a finance or business administration role, preferably consulting services within the property and construction industry.
- Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Office Suite intermediate user or above.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft D365 required.
