- Support the Centre Director in prioritizing and building the centre's attendance pipeline.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform key business administration tasks, ensuring a high standard of work is maintained.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, providing a warm welcome and support when needed.
