Job Description

Detailed client reports and databases are the cornerstone of this role, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

  1. Ensure the precision and quality of all deliverables (Excel based/online databases and reporting).
  2. Develop and update reports (Excel based/online) to meet evolving client requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding new demands or changes to existing deliverables.
  4. Provide expert system support to clients in addressing technical issues.
  5. Thoroughly assess client's reporting and database needs.

This position requires close collaboration with internal teams to foster strong relationships with clients, prepare quotes, and evaluate feasibility. To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, statistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working as an analyst in any sector, preferably in FMCG.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to simplify complex data for various audiences.
