Health, Safety and Wellbeing Programme Manager

As a key member of the Consumer business at Milwaukee Tool, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture across our organisation.
In line with our values and strategic intent, you will empower leaders to adopt a proactive HSW mindset, driving safe work practices and promoting a culture of excellence.
You will work closely with our People and Culture teams to identify opportunities for embedding HSW capability and literacy throughout the employee lifecycle.
This includes providing coaching and guidance to leaders on best practice health, safety and wellbeing management, as well as collaborating with the P&C team to develop and deliver initiatives aligned to external body, industry and Regulator events.
You will provide a work context and environment that enables excellence and brings out the best in every HSW team member, supporting employee development by ensuring all team members have an active individual development plan.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in generalist HSW roles, providing SME advice and service on key safety management activities such as Risk Management and Incident Management.
The ideal candidate will possess solid working experience of Model WHS Act, Regulations and Code of Practice, as well as effective communication skills and the ability to import knowledge and coach others.
Demonstrated experience in influencing and driving change across a diverse organisation is essential, along with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes to win-win positions.
Experience in various MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Power Point and Visio, is also required, as well as strong attention to detail and well-organised skills.
