Centre Service Officer

We are seeking a Centre Service Officer to join our team at the Mt Waverley Donor Centre in VIC. This is a permanent part-time opportunity with 33 hours per fortnight.
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional service to our donors, working collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities include warmly greeting and welcoming donors, providing clear instructions on paperwork completion, preparing food and beverages, and monitoring post-donation care.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Able to occasionally lift between 9-22.7kgs
- Frequent sitting, bending, and reaching to restock supplies in the kitchen
- Flexible to work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Sunday

This role is being offered on a permanent part-time basis with 33 hours per fortnight. The shift pattern will be 5.5 hour shifts across 6 shifts per fortnight. Estimated salary: approximately $68,000 - $85,000 per annum based on Victorian median earnings.
