This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires the ability to support strategic business objectives through effective people management practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of human resources initiatives to drive business growth and sustainability.
- Develop and implement proactive change programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consult on and deliver HR strategies, including talent acquisition and training programs.
- Assist in reviewing policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute workforce planning activities.
- Conduct salary benchmarking analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Work with senior leadership to establish and execute actions based on HR data insights.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination of HR communications.
- Contribute to seasonal talent acquisition and training initiatives as required.
- Relevant qualification in Business and/or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an established HR Generalist role.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including Microsoft and SharePoint.
- Excellent numerical and reporting abilities.
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically.
- Previous experience in HRIS systems desirable.
