Job Opportunity: HR Professional

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires the ability to support strategic business objectives through effective people management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of human resources initiatives to drive business growth and sustainability.
  • Develop and implement proactive change programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consult on and deliver HR strategies, including talent acquisition and training programs.
  • Assist in reviewing policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute workforce planning activities.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Work with senior leadership to establish and execute actions based on HR data insights.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination of HR communications.
  • Contribute to seasonal talent acquisition and training initiatives as required.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Business and/or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an established HR Generalist role.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including Microsoft and SharePoint.
  • Excellent numerical and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically.
  • Previous experience in HRIS systems desirable.
