We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our human resources initiatives, driving strategic direction and alignment across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of global HR trends and the ability to lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor regional HR leaders, ensuring consistent policy and program implementation.
  • Oversee performance management, employee development, talent planning, and HR system integration.
  • Enhance employee engagement through targeted initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
  • Update policies and contracts to reflect changing regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze survey data to inform action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and data privacy standards.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and legal compliance.
  • Collaborate on compensation and benefits packages that align with business growth.
  • Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
About You
  • A tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in senior HR management, supporting leadership teams.
  • A proven track record of handling complex business and cultural challenges.
  • Experience in designing and executing people strategies, including organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong policy development and legal knowledge.
  • Analytical skills for risk management and legal issues.
  • Operational and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A leadership style that is engaging, collaborative, and adaptable.
  • The ability to work independently and influence across levels.
