Guest Experience Specialist

Our organisation is seeking Guest Service Hosts to join us on a casual basis. You'll enjoy variety and flexibility working as part of a diverse team, delivering exceptional customer service, handling telephone calls, selling experiences and merchandise, and operating our experiences.
This position plays a significant role in the operational performance of our business, focusing on meeting key performance targets and exceeding guest experience expectations.
We're looking for motivated individuals who are self-driven, possess strong communication skills, and can work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide support to guests
- Handle telephone calls and respond to queries in a professional manner
- Sell experiences and merchandise to guests
- Operate our experiences with efficiency and effectiveness
- High standard of delivery and self-motivation
- Strong communication, rapport-building, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent team player with ability to work autonomously
