About this role:
Specifically, you will:

- Execute divisional strategy in the assigned sales area, adapting to product strategies from various product ranges as required.
- Manage sales performance and forecasting/target with sales teams in collaboration.
- Gather regional market, competitor, and customer intelligence data.
- Serve as the primary point for divisional pricing process
- Ensure high-quality CRM data is maintained.
- Localize customer/market value propositions effectively.
- Drive resolution of divisional warranty cases efficiently.
- Act as a representative of your function on the Sales Area Management Team, contributing to discussions and decisions.
- Be prepared for business travel.

To excel in these duties, you will have:

- A tertiary qualification in engineering (preferably mechanical, metallurgical, or chemical) or equivalent academic credentials.
- A people management qualification is desirable but not essential
- At least five years of experience in management and sales roles
- Experience working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and global teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
- Demonstrates self-awareness, personal growth, and open feedback.
- Proven leadership capabilities and expertise in coaching and facilitation in Competence Development activities
- Ability to frequently travel to customer sites
- A current driver's license
