Sales Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to lead our sales strategy in Perth, Australia.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to meet business objectives.
- Bidar with distributors and key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare institutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and support product launches.
- Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Pharma, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.
A successful candidate should have excellent communication and leadership abilities, as well as a track record of building successful brands in pharma.
