The role spans both strategic design and operational enablement, with strong cross-functional partnerships and visibility across the business.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Owning and evolving our workforce planning frameworks and practices">
  • Using historical trends and business intelligence to build smart forecasts">
  • Optimizing how we use Genesys Cloud WFM, automating and simplifying wherever possible">
  • Delivering real-time insights and reporting to enable operational agility">
  • Influencing resourcing models in partner/vendor arrangements">
  • Partnering with ops, digital, and transformation teams to drive planning innovation">

What We're Looking For:

  • ">
  • 7–10 years' experience in workforce or operational planning roles">
  • Strong grasp of WFM tools - ideally Genesys Cloud - across forecasting, scheduling & intraday">
  • Proven track record modernising planning through automation, digitisation or analytics uplift">
  • Confident stakeholder manager, with strong commercial and strategic thinking">
  • Advanced analytical skill - Power BI, SQL, Excel or similar tools">
  • Curiosity, drive, and a desire to create real change at scale">
