Responsibilities
Leading workforce planning and budget management, using data and tools to guide strategic decisions
Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance
Partnering with senior leaders to identify opportunities and implement change across the organisation
Supporting change management and training strategies to build capability and close skill gaps
Embedding a data-led decision-making culture and applying a risk lens to all improvement activities
Managing financial performance tracking tools and communicating strategic priorities across the business
Overseeing the development of process mapping and cost analysis to assess project feasibility
Acting as a mentor and leader, fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence
Qualifications
Experience in workforce planning within a complex, matrixed organisation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in financial and data analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
A collaborative leadership style with a focus on mentoring and team development
A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable
