With a growing team footprint across Australia covering many different projects and professions, a strategic workforce plan is essential to ensure continued effectiveness for customers and commercial outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role leads a small but highly strategic workforce planning team. The functions main mandate is to help predict and analyse future resources across the organisation using data and intelligence gathered from a variety of sources.

This outstanding opportunity will allow you to exercise your workforce planning skill in a large ASX organisation and as part of an extended HR function. The right person for this role will be:
