The role of the Workday Consultant will provide value to an organization by pursuing strategic goals, operating with a client-centric mindset, and exemplifying core values in an effort to achieve meaningful results.
Main Responsibilities:- To ensure comprehensive understanding of methodologies through successful development and delivery of project outcomes.
- To possess strong written and verbal communication skills, evidenced by managing complex relationships, providing best practices and recommendations, and escalating project risks to leadership.
- To drive initiatives, suggest internal projects that impact broader areas outside immediate expertise, and produce quality work regularly.
- To support sales efforts, including responding to requests, attending calls, creating estimates, and participating in Orals on a limited basis.
- To serve as a Trainer or Buddy for new hires.
- At least 1 year's experience with Workday.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects successfully, serving as the Lead.
- Current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification is advantageous.
