Organizational Transformation Specialist

The ideal candidate will develop and execute organizational change initiatives, leveraging proven methodologies to drive impactful results. This includes guiding stakeholders towards best practices, managing relationships effectively, and supporting projects that promote broader organizational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project deliverables using established organizational change methodologies.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide recommendations, escalating project risks as necessary.
  • Support internal projects and mentor junior team members.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on sales efforts, including responding to RFPs and participating in scoping calls.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Workday.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end organizational change projects.
  • Current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification is a plus.
