VGW is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy Coordinator to drive customer retention and growth.

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of retention campaigns as part of the CRM Lifecycle strategy.

As a Marketing Strategy Coordinator, you will work closely with the Head of CRM to ensure that campaigns are executed with precision and drive growth.

  • Manage the campaign execution process from ideation to performance tracking.
  • Ensure comms across all retention channels are created and personalised accordingly.
  • Conduct Test and Learn campaigns and incorporate learnings into future campaigns.
  • Identify customer selection criteria and increase the average lifetime value of customers.
  • Optimise campaigns based on metrics and present results to the business.

About the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years' CRM experience and 5+ years of email marketing.
  • Experience working on projects and stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and customer lifecycle management.
