The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to join our growing Marketing Team at WHEREFIT. As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to exciting branding projects and support our expansion into new markets.

You'll assist the team in developing and executing diverse marketing strategies to attract sales leads and enhance member engagement. Your key responsibilities will include email marketing, social media management, and offline marketing material production.

You'll work closely with our dynamic Marketing Team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategy.
  • Create engaging content for social media, website, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, scheduling social media posts, and building website banners.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and develop new materials consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile weekly/monthly reporting data.
  • Plan and organise promotional events both online and offline.

**Requirements:**

  • Marketing degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous marketing experience, including internships, freelance work, or related projects.
  • Strong interest in marketing with a willingness to learn and develop foundational skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing channels and tools, preferably with design tool experience like Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
