Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve property revenue and brand objectives while consistently analysing market information. This includes managing the planning, execution & coordination of all Pier One's marketing strategies, campaigns, and projects across the hotel, restaurant, bar, and MICE businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive property revenue and brand growth.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing and Marriott Digital teams to leverage agency support for content, campaigns, media plans, and promotions.
  • Become a prime example of the hotel's service and relationship strategy by driving customer loyalty through mind-blowing services.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
