Job Title: eCommerce Email Marketing Team Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced eCommerce email marketing team lead to join our team at LION Digital. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive revenue and customer engagement for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that meet or exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement email marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize email marketing automation workflows using Klaviyo or other ESPs
- Monitor and analyze email marketing performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Provide clear and concise reporting and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on email marketing
- Proven track record of success in creating revenue from email campaigns and marketing automation
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- A creative and resilient thinker who can pivot and perform under pressure
- Experience with Google Analytics and marketing performance management is essential
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, Photoshop, is desirable
- Knowledge of Shopify and Shopify app integrations is highly advantageous
