Email Marketing Specialist

Our Email Marketing & CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end email campaign program delivery for our business. This role will involve utilising digital marketing & email marketing platform experience to lead email marketing campaign build and implementation, increasing revenue from our email channel and optimising campaigns for customer engagement. As part of our Digital Team, this role will also support the roll out of initiatives across various touchpoints in the customer relationship management stages to drive commercial outcomes for the business. Key responsibilities will include accelerating the growth of revenue of the email channel, successfully building & implementing all email marketing campaigns, managing the Email Marketing & CRM programs, and developing a clear email communication and content plan for the business. To be successful in this role, you will need marketing/digital tertiary qualifications or similar, proven experience with customer engagement platform - Emarsys preferred or similar, hands-on digital marketing & email marketing platform experience, and excellent understanding of digital design, video and email marketing asset production. You will also need solid understanding of customer databases, personalisation and segmentation, experience using Google Analytics (or similar website analytics program), and prior experience with eCommerce, Fashion or Retail brand highly desirable.
