Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update Risk and Compliance systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain registers and prepare reports for management and the board to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Support training initiatives to enhance the organization's risk and compliance capabilities.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support the organization in adapting to regulatory changes.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in risk and compliance within financial services, with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in controls testing, report writing, and data analysis, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in workers' compensation, insurance, and qualifications in Risk and Compliance will be highly regarded.
