Risk and Compliance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk and Compliance Senior Consultant to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our Risk Modernisation team, you will be responsible for delivering core risk and compliance solutions to clients across various industries.
Your primary focus will be on supporting and advising clients on the development and implementation of risk frameworks, assessing risk programs, implementing controls testing and uplift, and designing and implementing compliance programs.
About You- You have a proven track record of experience in risk and compliance management, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- You are a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, able to identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective compliance solutions.
- You have a strong understanding of risk management frameworks, including COSO, ISO 31000, and NIST.
- You are a team player with a collaborative approach, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
