About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Risk and Compliance. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our risk management and compliance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management and compliance strategies to ensure the organization's goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Lead a team of risk and compliance professionals to ensure effective implementation of risk management and compliance strategies.
  • Provide high-level advice to senior management on risk management and compliance matters.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to negotiate and achieve business outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the risk and compliance team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in risk management and compliance in a similar industry or sector.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of risk and compliance professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
