**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the luxury retail sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the training and development initiatives across the country, enhancing our team's skills in customer service, selling, product knowledge, grooming, and clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learning and Development Curriculum: Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D curriculum that aligns with our organizational goals and enhances staff capabilities nationwide.
  • Training Design and Delivery: Design, develop, and execute training programs focused on key areas such as customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, and grooming standards.
  • Needs Assessment: Actively engage with retail and corporate teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Coordinate and deliver initiatives like leadership programs, team-building activities, retail conferences, and coaching/mentoring programs.
  • Engagement and Culture Initiatives: Lead initiatives that drive the desired behaviors and culture within the organization. Oversee the roll-out, communication, and action planning of the Engagement and Enablement Survey results.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and oversee the annual Legacy ceremony and related activities.
  • Training Material Enhancement: Collaborate with the retail management team to review, revise, and improve training materials and delivery frequency.
  • E-Learning Administration: Administer e-learning programs and contribute to the creation of e-learning content where necessary.
  • Regional Alignment: Ensure consistent alignment of training strategies and priorities across different regions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Conduct pre-course analysis, post-course evaluations, and compile comprehensive reports on learning and development activities.
  • Administrative Support: Manage logistics, including facilities, equipment, training materials, and maintain training calendars and staff training records
  • Corporate Projects: Support other corporate initiatives related to people development as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree holder, preferably in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within luxury retail and multinational companies is highly desirable.
Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience in conducting training programs, particularly in customer service and selling skills.
  • Ability for public speaking to large audience and be able to captivate an audience.
  • A customer service-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong emphasis on compliance and adherence to guidelines.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.

**Will to Travel:** Must be willing to travel within the country as required.
