Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist include:

  • Providing timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat;
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues;
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues for quality control purposes;
  • Staying up-to-date with new technologies and products to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
