About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an IT Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our staff and clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

You will also be required to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Requirements for the Role

To be considered for this position, you will need to possess:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as an IT Support/Service Desk Analyst/Desktop Support/Application Support or similar role
  • Solid understanding of current IT technologies and software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in computer science or related field
