Technical Support Specialist

Job Overview

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to end-users across various customer environments, with a strong focus on communication platforms and end-user experience.

  • Deliver technical support to end-users for hardware, operating systems, and application issues (onsite and remotely).
  • Provide support and administration for Google Suite, Microsoft 365, and other cloud-based services.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to network connectivity, VPN access, and video conferencing systems.
  • Process staff onboarding and offboarding efficiently, ensuring timely access to necessary resources and devices.
  • Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of video conferencing room equipment, including Google Meet and third-party devices.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring timely resolution of daily technical issues within SLA targets.
  • Document procedures, incidents, and resolutions within the ticketing system.
  • Liaise with vendors and escalate complex issues as required.
