We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact and deliver exceptional resident experiences.
About the Role- Responsibilities include creating a friendly environment, assisting with enquiries, monitoring resident safety, and coordinating administrative duties.
This role requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- A background in reception or hospitality is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences is a must.
- Resilience and ability to multitask in a dynamic setting are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- High levels of computer proficiency are necessary, including ability to learn new systems.
- 'We care' attitude is a key requirement.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia are mandatory.
- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at own cost.
- Working with Children's Check (ACT).
- Full uniform provided.
