Community Development Specialist

We are seeking a Community Development Specialist to create an environment where members thrive, connections happen naturally, and our space feels like more than just a place to work.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining our high-quality facilities and fostering a strong community through engaging events and personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create memorable first impressions by managing front desk operations and visitor processes
  • Lead customer onboarding with personalized welcome packs and orientation
  • Plan and execute engaging community events that encourage networking
  • Build strong relationships with members and respond proactively to their needs
    • Ensure impeccable presentation of all common areas and meeting spaces
    • Manage meeting room bookings, setup, and AV equipment
    • Oversee mail handling and package management
    • Maintain kitchen facilities and manage office supply inventory
    • Serve as a Floor Warden for building emergency procedures
      • Support operational functions aligned with business objectives
      • Assist in managing service partners and suppliers
      • Collaborate on community programming to drive engagement and revenue
      • Uphold health and safety standards throughout the space

      • Possesses the ability to identify upselling opportunities
      • Maintains a results-driven approach with flexibility to adapt to changing demands
