
Senior Quality Improvement Specialist

This role requires a strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and audit processes. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders to embed reform, strengthen clinical governance, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality improvement, has excellent leadership skills, and is able to inspire and motivate others to deliver their best.
The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for analyzing complex data and translating quality, risk, and feedback trends into targeted improvement strategies. This role also involves leading clinical incident reviews, complaint responses, and continuous improvement planning.

Key Requirements- Current AHPRA registration
- Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, audit, and accreditation processes
- Demonstrated experience managing regulatory relationships
- Strong skills in leading multidisciplinary teams
