Clinical Governance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting safe, high-quality care across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior leaders to strengthen governance and quality across clinical services.
- Champion continuous improvement and evidence-based practice to deliver safe, high-quality care.
- Develop and implement clear, practical clinical policies that meet national safety and accreditation standards.
- Support clinical risk management by identifying, assessing, and responding to key risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documents, templates, and reporting tools.
- Analyze information to create meaningful reports that support informed decision-making.
- Participate in audits, compliance activities, and maintaining accreditation readiness.
- Contribute to quality improvement activities and projects that make a real difference.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in health, quality, or governance, AHPRA registration, and postgraduate certification or experience in clinical governance or quality improvement. They will be confident in writing policies or reports, comfortable collaborating across all levels of the organization, and driven by purpose and results.
