  • Support incident reviews, root cause analyses, and risk mitigation strategies to minimize harm and optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Understanding of implementation science and clinical governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead service improvement in regional or remote contexts.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with Aboriginal communities.
  • High-level analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
