Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of the quality leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest safety and quality standards. This includes leading cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, supplier excellence, and innovation.

You will work closely with product development, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to develop and implement effective quality strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. You will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality and reliability of our products, while driving business growth and success.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving quality processes and reducing defects.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
