Job Role

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in engineering, asset management, supply chain, or logistics, or an equivalent field.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience working in collaborative environments.
  • Background in defence industry and knowledge of military systems, asset management, sustainment, and operational programs are highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present professionally to various groups.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain NV1 Defence security clearance.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet project needs.

A background in engineering, asset management, or supply chain is preferred but not essential. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, are crucial for success in this role.
