Description:
About the Role:
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role is responsible for driving clinical governance, service quality and regulatory compliance across both our residential aged care and home care services. You will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems that uphold our commitment to safe, person-centred and accountable care. In addition, you will oversee organisational compliance with the Aged Care Standards, lead accreditation readiness and audit coordination and manage the relationship with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. Monitoring risk trends, driving service improvement strategies and ensuring a strong feedback and incident response culture, is another key component of this role.
You will provide strategic leadership for clinical education and capability development, working alongside our clinical and operational teams to ensure that our employees are equipped to deliver high quality and values aligned care.

Key Role Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience leading clinical governance, quality or compliance functions in aged care, healthcare or human services. A post graduate qualification in Health Management, Quality, Risk or a related field is highly desirable.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, audit and accreditation processes.
- Demonstrated experience managing regulatory relationships.
- Strong skills in leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate quality, risk, and feedback trends into targeted improvement strategies.
- Demonstrated experience leading clinical incident reviews, complaint responses and continuous improvement planning.
- Working rights within Australia.
- National Police Clearance.
