SwanCare St James, Western Australia, Australia
OverviewRole: Manager Quality at SwanCare, located in SwanCare St James, Western Australia, Australia.
Introduction: At SwanCare, aged care reform isn't something that is happening to us, it's an opportunity we're embracing. We're on a mission to raise the bar and deliver a new era of care excellence, and we are looking for the right person to lead that charge. The Manager Quality will be someone with the x-factor, not a box ticking auditor but a change maker who can influence, inspire and energise people to deliver their best. We have a strong foundation in place; this is your opportunity to influence practice, elevate standards and guide SwanCare through the reforms.
Responsibilities- You'll be shaping how care is delivered, not just monitoring if it's delivered.
- You'll work with leaders to embed reform, strengthen clinical governance and drive a culture of quality that residents and families can feel every day.
- You'll help us to transform systems into something people love being part of.
- You'll bring organisation and compliance rigour but balance that with creativity, energy and inspiration.
We are looking for someone that brings passion, influence and the courage to do things differently. Someone who can see beyond the paperwork and help people live the values of quality every day.
Why Work For Us?As the largest single site retirement and aged care community in WA, we are proud of our excellent reputation among our residents, their families, and our staff. You\'ll see the difference you make every day in the smiles of our residents and our people, and in our collective success. With more than 1000 residents and 700+ staff members, you are guaranteed to be working with a professional community of likeminded people. We will recognise your dedication and achievements, and we will support you with regular training and development, to be the best you can be. Our people say we\'re the warmest, most welcoming workplace you\'ll ever find

- A supportive and collaborative work culture.
- Flexible hours to maintain your work-life balance.
- Exceptional on-site services and facilities.
- Discounts on HBF health insurance, on-site gym membership and selected retail providers.

You may be a nurse, allied health professional, paramedic or any other registered health professional. You do not need decades of aged care expertise. What matters is your ability to connect with people, lead with purpose and turn ideas into actions.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, audit and accreditation processes.
- Demonstrated experience managing regulatory relationships.
- Strong skills in leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate quality, risk, and feedback trends into targeted improvement strategies.
