About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Administrator to join our team at Right at Home Sunshine Coast. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day functions of our Caloundra office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing enquiries to the appropriate department and office
  • Greeting clients and carers, speaking with clients and their families regarding our services, and collecting compliance items
  • Keeping employee information up to date and liaising with all office staff
  • Performing other administrative duties as directed by management
Requirements
  • Empathetic and passionate individual with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar role and with standard computer programs
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Basic understanding of the Aged Care, Disability, and/or Health systems
