About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Aged Care Resumes. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining records, preparing documents, and coordinating tasks.
  • Assist with new admissions to the home, including preparing records and coordinating with the Residential Manager.
  • Liaise with residents and their families to support the transition into care from an administrative perspective.
  • Prepare records for new residents, including maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate and assist with rostering, including maintaining staff personal records.
  • Maintenance of various computer databases, including processing invoices and maintaining petty cash.
  • Reception duties, including face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions.
Requirements
  • Experience working in an administrative role within Aged Care or Health care setting (desired).
  • Administrative and reception experience.
  • Understanding of staff rosters.
  • Excellent written, oral, and numerical skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
  • High-level information technology skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
