Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our sales staff
- Partner with the Senior sales support team to ensure the efficient running of the sales site
- Ensure premium inventory levels are properly maintained and audited, and review weekly inventory reports
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Record and maintain accurate information related to guest flow, booking numbers, and team details
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks
- Ensure compliance with cash handling and transactions
