The Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Office Administrator to coordinate the day-to-day functions of our Caloundra office. The successful candidate will work closely with our administration team to ensure all staff compliances are current and correct.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing enquiries to the appropriate department and office
  • Greet clients and carers, speaking with them regarding our services
  • Collect compliance items from carers and maintain accurate records
  • Update employee information and liaise with office staff
  • Perform other administrative duties as directed by management

Requirements

  • Highly communicative and organised individual with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the aged care, disability, or health sectors
  • Proficiency in standard computer programmes and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
