Job Description

As a dedicated claims professional, you will be working with injured workers and employers to provide timely and personal customer-focused service. Your role will involve managing complex claims, delivering the desired customer experience, and ensuring compliance with legislation and guidelines.

This is a process-driven position that requires empathy, clarity, and effective communication skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, including customer service, medical reception, or call centre experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong PC skills, with the ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes. They will also possess excellent communication skills, confidence in engaging and influencing stakeholders, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of a caseload of worker's compensation claims within legislation and compliance guidelines.
  • Deliver the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and manage end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases.
  • Provide accurate and complete information consistent and easy to understand.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong PC skills with the ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in engaging and influencing stakeholders.
  • Empathetic, resilient, and solutions-focused when managing complex or sensitive situations.
