We're seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to manage complaints regarding our CTP Claims, resolving matters and improving our claims experience.
- Manage and resolve complaints across three CTP schemes, liaising with external bodies such as IRO, SIRA, MAIC (ACT) and the SA Regulator, to ensure fair and thoughtful resolutions.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders, providing clear guidance and empathetic support.
- Assess complaints carefully, making well-reasoned decisions, and communicating outcomes professionally.
- 5+ years of experience in complaint management, preferably dealing with EDR or Personal Injury Schemes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory processes and relevant requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- High resilience and confidence in managing straightforward and complex cases.
- Strong influencing and analytical thinking skills.
