Eligibility Case Manager Job Overview

The Eligibility Case Manager is a vital role in our organization, responsible for overseeing workers' compensation claims within a self-insured environment. This position involves assessing claim eligibility, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Risk Management)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims management or case management
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and self-insurance regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
