Professional Claims Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support for superannuation enquiries.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to manage a portfolio of total permanent disability, income protection, death, and terminal illness claims. You will also process payments and cases for members, including early release payments for financial hardship or compassionate grounds.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in death claims (minimum 2 years) and exposure to TPD and IP is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills at a high level are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of total permanent disability, income protection, death, and terminal illness claims
- Process payments and cases for members, including early release payments for financial hardship or compassionate grounds
