
Senior Claims Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and efficiency of claims management processes while supporting our case managers in delivering exceptional service to members.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve complex claims issues, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide high-quality customer service to our members.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least two years of relevant experience in a senior claims role, strong empathy and professional skills when speaking to members on the phone, and advanced use of MS Office products.
As a Senior Case Manager, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance claim outcomes and member experience. You will work collaboratively with our team to achieve these goals and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
