About the Role

Central Highlands Rural Health is seeking a highly skilled Fundraising and Community Engagement Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role plays a pivotal part in sustaining and growing our philanthropy strategy, establishing meaningful relationships with donors and stakeholders, and driving fundraising growth across individual donors, bequests, and other opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in community fundraising, a proven track record of achieving performance and income through targeted events and relationships, and excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cross-platform fundraising communications campaigns
  • BUILD POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH A WIDE RANGE OF STAKEHOLDERS
  • Drive fundraising growth across individual donors, bequests, and other opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in community fundraising
  • A proven track record of achieving performance and income through targeted events and relationships
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
