**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Wilson Security is seeking professional and customer service driven Security Officers who thrive in a busy environment
This excellent opportunity is with a well-known and reputable Government client in Ballarat.
This is a Full-time role based in Ballarat and work days are Monday-Friday.
You will be responsible for the safety of staff, visitors, contractors and the general public. You will be professionally presented and customer service driven and able to handle difficult situations if they arise.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Concierge duties
- meeting and greeting contractors/clients etc
- Incident report writing
- Reception duties
- General security duties
- Provide excellent customer service always
- Access Control
- Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees and the general public
- Monitoring CCTV & alarms
- Internal and external foot patrols

**LICENSES/REQUIREMENTS**:

- Current Victorian Security Licence
- Must have a current WWCC or must be willing to obtain one
- Current drivers license and vehicle
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Full, unlimited Right-To-Work in Australia
- Professional presentation
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be physically fit and able to stand/walk for long
