We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused phone-based specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that has been supporting customers and members for over 115 years. You will play a critical role in helping people who value and appreciate your care, and our products and services.
You will have the chance to work with a variety of systems, including customer service and sales, and product knowledge. Our fully paid and structured training program will equip you with the skills and confidence to excel in this role.

- Previous omni channel experience (desirable).
